 Stressful days in the office, stressful days. And no time to stress on the burpees. So instead of heading for a burnout, I got a nice-smelling body spray and put an adult coloring page on my door. For the line of people waiting to ask for something, while they wait. And you know what? It's been a huge success. I don't know if it is calming, but definitely slows people down.
