Dollhouse Fridge
An easy, easy project for your dollhouse. And an essential part of every kitchen: a fridge! Here is what you'll need:
1. Altoids or similar tin
2. Thin foam
3. A pen
4. Cardboard strips
5. Printout of the inside of a full fridge (or you can just draw it yourself)
6. Staples (or any other base you could think of)
7. Glue
8. (optional) Silver paint

Cut your foam in the shape of the tin box. I am using foam since that was the only way to cover the Altoids logo. If your box is plain, you can just use cardboard. Glue to the front door of your " fridge".
Now take the clip off your pen. This will be your door handle.
Glue your door handle and add a base - I am using a load of staples, since it fit my box perfectly. It's not very stable, but my fridge will be mounted on the wall.
Paint the sides, and it already looks like a fridge on the outside:
Now, for the inside. Cut your printout in the shape of your box and glue to the back.
Glue some cardboard strips for shelves.
Et voilà, your dollhouse fridge is ready. If you are not mounting it to the wall, you can put a magnet or glue a weight to the back to make it more stable. Enjoy playing!
