Giant Paper Flowers
Easy and very rewarding project for a WOW decoration effect. I present you: giant paper flowers! Suitable for beginners and with very few materials. You will need:
1. Paper in desired colours (I recommend a lightweight, regular 80 gsm, as it's easier to glue);
2. Dry paper glue (the drier, the better);
3. Scissors;
4. (optional, since you can draw your own) The template below;
5. A cardboard circle for a base (or 2);
6. (optional) a piece of string to hang.

Cut the petals in the middle and glue as shown.
Now glue the petals to the cardboard circle in rows of 5.
Add as many rows as you like, decreasing the size and number of petals used.
Finish with some stripes of paper in the middle that you can curl with your scissors to make a pistil.
(optional) Add an improvised hanger as shown. You can also start with this step, as it is easier to glue it on when you don't have to go around a paper pistil.
And there you go! Fast and easy, and a pretty decoration. Enjoy crafting!
