Paper Ferris WHeel
It's much easier than you think! You can have your own fancy muffin-holder for your party. All you need is:
1. Cardboard
2. 9 wooden skewers
3. Hot glue
4. Optional - paint and glitter
Update: I received many inquiries about exact measurements. I must say, I don't have any (not a math/exact person, cannot even repeat twice a recipe). I used my dinner plates to cut out the circles, and the size of the carriages was designed by dry-fitting a silicone cupcake mould.
Start by cutting out two big circles.

Start by cutting out two big circles.
Divide evenly and cut out 8 triangles out of each circle.
Prepare the base. It's important to have in mind where the little carriages would go in order for the wheel to spin, so...
...dry-test it!
Cut out some carriages like below (or, you could make your own design):
Color them, if desired.
Hot glue them together.
And hang on the skewers that you attach with hot glue to the wheels. Decorate and you have it, your own ferris wheel!
