Flamingo Party

Because, PINK. K is a big pink (the colour) lover, so it wasn't difficult for her to come up with a theme for her birthday. And since TO is a no less pink (the colour) lover, I happily obliged. There you have it - a very pink flamingo party.

We started with the decoration, and we made plenty, as for the first time N and K got inspired to craft with me. 

I even managed to make my first (successful) low poly! Author here.

I made some flamingo (or, should I say, Pinterest)-inspired food.

And, of course, a properly pink cake:

Little guests received welcoming lei (ok, I know there are no flamingos in Hawaii, but still)...

... and little flamingo favour bags with flamingo surprises.

Since it happens to be winter here, we had an indoors piñata (we like the risk) :)).

The kids had so much fun flamingling, we didn't even get to the giant inflatable flamingo ring toss game that I had planned. I guess we'll save that for summer.
