homemade cup-a-noodles
Food! My belly wants food! I look at the weekly menu of the office cafeteria and I decide to opt out. Next think you know, I get cup-a-noodles. Next thing I know, there's a colleague at the door mildly scolding my choice. And he sent me this link:
It's actually so simple! You can make your healthy version of instant noodles and bring it to the office. No pre-preparation needed, no cooking really. Just add hot water, wait 5 minutes and feel good about yourself. In the morning, I put together a jar with shrimps (raw), frozen vegetables, instant noodles (dry) and soup base. I don't refrigerate anything. At lunch, I add hot water:
And enjoy!
No recipe, I put inside what I would like to eat - leftovers from yesterday's roast or just beef jerky, vegetables from the freezer, rice noodles sometimes, everything works.
