Balloon Clown
What do you do with that pile of leftover birthday balloons after the party is over (apart from cutting them with scissors while the children are not watching)?
Well, maybe just use them for a fun project. Want to try? You will need:
1. At least one balloon
2. Paper
3. Scissors
4. Paper glue
5. (optional) yarn for hair/ pompom nose
6. (optional) crayons for extra fun colouring

Cut paper into 4 strips for legs, 4 for arms, cut out two feet and two hands, eyes and mouth (arms/hands not pictured below):
Glue two of the strips together at the edge at 90 degrees, then alternate folding each strip after the other as shown:
Glue the ends together, then attach a foot:
Glue your leg on one side of the balloon. Repeat with other foot and arms.
Glue eyes and mouth to your balloon. My kids insisted on removing the pom-pom nose, so we used the yarn for hair instead.
And you are done - play, decorate, enjoy your balloon friends. Happy crafting!
