Crackers
Crackers with nuts and seeds , a.k.a nut crackers :) Easy, healthy, favourite. You will need:
2 cups of nuts/seeds ( I use a pack of salad mix - sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, pine seeds, and add sesame and chia). Up to you - use whichever you like.
2 cups oatmeal
3 spoonfuls flour
3 spoonfuls coconut oil
1 spoonful honey
salt/dried or fresh herbs to taste
1 cup water

2 cups oatmeal

1 cup water
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Then spread thin in a non-stick pan.
Bake until golden brown. Pretty much until you think you are burning them, then turn off and open the oven a bit. Keep the pan in the oven until cool, so your crackers are extra crispy.
